Ray began working with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Coccia Realty in September of 2014 and has since won several awards for sales volume, including the Circle of Excellence Sales Award each year as a Realtor. He’s received the Silver Award from BHGRE. He has been nominated for performance awards, including Rookie of the Year and The Rising Star Award, and received certifications from the National Association of Realtors accredited learning institutions, including the (RENE) Real Estate Negotiation Expert Certification and the (PSA) or Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification. In 2017 Ray received his NJ Real Estate Broker License and was promoted to Vice President-Managing Broker of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Coccia Realty. In 2018 & 2019 Ray was awarded one of the Ten Best Real Estate Professionals in New Jersey by the American Institute of Real Estate Professionals.

Ray was promoted from within Coccia Realty in October of 2017 to his current position of Vice President, Managing Broker, Designated Realtor of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Coccia Realty.
A true entrepreneur by nature, Ray has been involved in small businesses that he founded, beginning his career in retail management then spending several years as a Morgan Stanley Financial Adviser. The knowledge he gained in the financial markets transcends today into his real estate sales career. Ray's customer service and public relations skill set are far superior than his competitors and his ability to promote and market a property are nothing but top notch! Aside from his passion for Real Estate Ray speaks publicly at the local schools to kids about success and motivation. He teaches the three key principles of success. 1.) Love what you. 2.) Be the best at what you do. 3.) Surround yourself with successful people. He incorporates these principles into his everyday activities and is a strong believer in Karma. March of 2016 Ray and his colleagues were recognized in the South Berganite and on NorthJersey.Com for exceptional sales performances. In January of 2017 Ray was interviewed and featured in an article in the Observer Newspaper and TheObserver.Com for his accomplishments of the previous year. In October of 2017 Social Media Giant GetStencil.Com interviewed Ray for his Digital Marketing Creativity in the Real Estate industry. In December of 2018 Ray was interviewed by Up Journey. An publication dedicated helping people reach their goals. In June of 2019 Ray was quoted by Smarter CX, an Oracle publication, in an article entitled Tips on How To Be Good at Sales.
Each Holiday Season Ray is active in the local "Toys For Tots" program and the annual "Warm Coat Drive" for people in need. Other charities he supports are The Disabled Veterans Association and AMFAR.
Ultimately, Ray is a genuine, hardworking professional that listens to the wants and needs of his sales team and clients.
